The Vancouver-based clean technology company announced Wednesday that its RZOLV formulation successfully extracted gold from ore containing 9.6 grams per tonne of gold and 2.12% copper. The material tested comes from a gold-copper alkaline porphyry system with low-sulphur refractory mineralization.

RZOLV Technologies conducted bottle roll filtration tests on the subject material under controlled laboratory conditions. Technicians crushed a 150-gram sample to -500 micrometers and ran the test for 168 hours at 20% pulp density, collecting solution samples at regular intervals to track the progress of gold recovery.
Test results showed a consistent improvement in gold recovery over time, rising from approximately 34% in 24 hours to approximately 97% in 168 hours. Company scientists monitored the process’s pH and oxidation-reduction potential throughout testing and submitted the final solid waste to ALS Laboratories for independent verification.
