Morgan Stanley’s Bitcoin ETF appears poised for an imminent launch, according to a senior ETF analyst.
Bloomberg analyst James Seyphart He says The bank is clearly not messing around with the spot Bitcoin ETF, which will contain the ticker MSBT.
“Great. We have a fee on Morgan Stanley’s Spot Bitcoin ETF $MSBT. We’ll only charge 0.14%!!! Big move here.”
Those fees would undercut BlackRock’s flagship Bitcoin ETF, which charges 0.25%.
Morgan Stanley’s Bitcoin ETF is the first from a major US bank.
The bank has 16,000 advisors selling its investment products, and has about $1.9 trillion in assets under management (AUM) within its investment management division.
