Bitcoin (BTC) treasury company Strive Inc. Its SATA Preferred Stock is the first U.S.-listed security to pay a cash dividend every business day. Daily payments start on June 16.
The Dallas-based bitcoin treasury firm revealed the structural shift alongside its first-quarter results.

Variable pursuit Series A Perpetual Rate Preferred Stock (SATA) currently pays an annual dividend of 13% per month. While the headline rate remains unchanged, daily compounding over approximately 250 business days raises the rate Effective annual return for 13.88%.

CEO Matthew Cole has coined this transformation as “zero-to-one innovation.” He also called the company “The Daily Dividend Company.”
“SATA will be the first listed security in the history of the U.S. capital markets to pay a cash dividend every business day, beginning June 16, 2026, at a current annual rate of 13.00%.” He said.
Bitcoin treasury has expanded to exceed 15,000 BTC
Meanwhile, the company also announced its first-quarter financial results. GAAP net loss in the first quarter was $265.9 million, with $295.8 million related to a fair value impairment on bitcoin holdings. This number represents 96.6% of reported loss.
The company added 6,001 BTC during the first quarter, including 5,048 BTC absorbed through the acquisition of all Semler Scientific shares. Another 1,381 bitcoins came in April and early May.
Strive’s Bitcoin holdings reached 15,009 BTC as of May 12. This ranks ninth among public company owners, according to Bitcoin Treasuries Data.
Strife also confirmed that it does not carry any short- or long-term debt. The balance sheet contains $87.6 million in cash and a $50.5 million position in Strategy’s STRC Preferred Stock.
