Norwegian vessel owner and operator Golden Energy Offshore Services (GEOS) has completed the sale of its 2016-built platform supply vessel (PSV), which was announced earlier this month.
Geos Announced on March 12 That its subsidiary Energy Passion AS has signed a binding sales agreement for PSV Energy Passion for a total sale price of $28 million.
Today, March 31, the Norwegian company stated that the sale process has been completed. This is expected to result in reserved gains of approximately $5.4 million, generating net proceeds after lease payment, break fees and transaction costs of approximately $14 million.
The PSV was designed by Ulstein PX121 and built in 2016 by Cosco Shenzhen Shipyard.
This follows GEOS’s commitment to sell at least two vessels in December 2025, subject to market conditions, along with the sale of at least two vessels. Eindhoven, the energy empress and PSV Energy Partner In January 2026.
