Goldrunner Exploration Company (Private search engine: Doubt) (FSE: CE70) (“Gold Runner” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has completed all arrangements and agreements to commence its fully funded 2026 surface exploration program at the Golden Girl Property, British Columbia (“Golden Girl” or the “Golden Girl Property”). Mobilization was confirmed for 12 July 2026 with exploration activities on Earth beginning in earnest on 13 July 2026.
Golden Girl covers an area of 8,471 hectares in the Escot River region of northwestern British Columbia, just 17 kilometers from the Snipe Mine and 14 kilometers from the Bronson airstrip. Exploration in 2024 identified a large new gold-silver system measuring 12 km by 7 km. Highlights include grab samples up to 11.28 g/t Au, 3,262 g/t Ag, 5.37% Cu, 20% Pb, and 14.15% Zn, and channel cutting screening up to 3.74 g/t Au, 2,105.45 g/t Ag, 0.88% Cu, 5.48% Pb, and 7.42% Zn.
High-grade mineralization at Golden Girl occurs in structurally controlled shear zones within sulphide-rich veins, stock, and breccia, similar to the nearby Snip Gold Mine. Hydrothermal fluids took advantage of pre-existing structures to deposit gold- and silver-rich mineralization as well as sulfides such as chalcopyrite, galena, and sphalerite associated with quartz carbonate-rich veins. Diffuse change associated with fluid infiltration is often observed around areas of strong gold and silver.
The nearby and formerly productive Snepe Gold Mine has historically produced approximately 1 million ounces of gold, 390,000 ounces of silver, and 249,276 kilograms of copper (an average of 27.5 grams per tonne of gold over 8 years). The Eskay Creek mine, located about 60 km east of Golden Girl, produced approximately 3.3 million ounces of gold and 160,000 ounces of silver between 1994 and 2008. The Eskay Creek mine has recently been allowed to restart mining operations – see Skeena Resources Ltd news releases. dated January 28, 2026 and February 3, 2026. The reader is reminded that the information presented here from adjacent projects and properties is not necessarily indicative of resources and should not be relied upon to determine mineralization or potential outcomes for the Company’s properties.
The Golden Girl property remains largely unexplored, with over 95% of the property having never been subjected to systematic modern exploration. Over the past several decades, rapid glacial retreat and continuing declines in seasonal snowpack have exposed vast areas of previously buried rock. These newly emerging outcrops represent a significant shift in exploratory exposure across the property, opening up large areas of land for the first time to modern geological mapping, sampling and geophysical evaluation.
Gold Runner has completed exploration planning and scheduling, sampling, mapping and detailed geophysical surveys on the Golden Girl Property for the 2026 exploration season in preparation for an expected inaugural drilling program in the summer of 2027.
This summer’s exploration program consists of helicopter-supported fieldwork that includes mapping, sampling, extensive canalization, airborne magnetic surveying, light detection and ranging (“lidar“) Survey of the entire Golden Girl property. Operations will be organized from the accessible road at Forrest Kerr Camp, located 39 km east of Golden Girl. The field program, which will be carried out by up to 12 team members, is scheduled to run from 12 July 2026 until 31 August 2026.
Gold Runner engaged in highland exploration (“High ground“) to lead the 2026 exploration program. Higher Ground is owned and operated by exploration geologist Nikolai Goebel, who has partnered with Ryan Purnell to oversee field operations and manage two dedicated field teams throughout the season. Both Mr. Goebel and Mr. Purnell have more than a decade of experience working in the Golden Triangle region of northwestern British Columbia and have contributed to numerous exploration discoveries, including Goliath Resources (TSXV: He owns) Golddigger and Juggernaut Exploration (TSXV: Jogger) One big discovery.
Goliath Resources and Juggernaut Exploration are partners within the B-ALL Syndicate (“ball“), the Golden Girl option, which respectively own a 4% and 13% interest in B-ALL, and are therefore important strategic partners for the company. The B-ALL team is the same extremely talented and proven team that discovered and produced the Golden Girl prospect. Golden Girl is located approximately halfway between Goliath’s Surebet Discovery and Juggernaut’s Big One discovery within British Columbia’s world-famous Golden Triangle.
Further geophysical exploration includes radiometric measurements and a 100-meter airborne magnetic survey over Golden Girl, which will be conducted by Precision GeoSurveys Inc.
Gold Runner also engaged Dr. Venesa Bennett of Drone North to conduct and process the photogrammetry and LiDAR scan of the property.
Vanessa Bennett is a professional geologist and principal of Geomantia Consulting, with extensive experience in mineral exploration, geospatial data integration and remote sensing applications throughout northern Canada. Her work focuses on developing exploration programs by integrating geological mapping, geophysical data and drone-based surveying techniques, with particular expertise in structurally complex and remote terrain.
Dr. Bennett brings a multidisciplinary approach to project development, combining field geological analysis with advanced data processing techniques, including photogrammetry, LiDAR, and geophysical interpretation. Through Geomantia Consulting, you support all phases of exploration, from early-stage targeting to detailed project evaluation, with a focus on delivering high-quality, data-driven insights.
“We are extremely pleased and grateful to have assembled such a first-class group of experts to launch our Golden Girl discovery campaign,” said Chris Wensley, CEO of the company. “It is abundantly clear at every step in the process how dedicated each team member is to excellence and professionalism and how passionate they are about Golden Girl and the promise it holds. They are all true leaders in their areas of expertise. This bodes very well as we set out to build on the impressive 2024 discovery results, significantly adding to and expanding existing knowledge.” mineralization, we are preparing for an intensive drilling program in 2027.
