Worley’s Rosenberg Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Center of Excellence in Norway has been awarded a new contract with Subsea7 to manufacture subsea structures for Equinor’s oil and gas development in the northern North Sea.

Worley Rosenberg will manufacture 34 subsea structures, consisting primarily of pipeline end manifolds (PLEMs), pipeline end manifolds (PLETs) and pig launchers and receivers (PLRs) for the Fram Sør development at its yard in Stavanger, Norway.
The project will begin immediately, with steel cutting scheduled to take place next month.
According to Worley, at its peak, the project will engage more than 80 Worley Rosenberg employees across project management and manufacturing disciplines.
“This is an important contract for us, and we are very proud of the trust Subsea7 has placed in Worley Rosenberg.” He said Jan NarvestadManaging Director of Worley Rosenberg. “Fram Sør will provide valuable work to the yard and is scheduled for delivery in the first half of 2027.”
Equinor-operated Fram Sør is a subsea development with four four-bay decks. Twelve wells are planned for startup, with an additional four holes available for future development in the Fram/Troll area.
The subsea facilities will be connected to Fram’s existing infrastructure and Troll C processing and export platform, which will be powered from shore. The oil will be transported via the Troll Oil II pipeline to Mongstad, while the gas will be exported to Kollsnes via the Troll A platform.
Under the sea7 It delivers the EPCI range For subsea structures and flow lines of the project, while OneSubsea Announced EPC contract in August 2025 for the field’s all-electric subsea production system (SPS).
