The CEOs of Maersk Tankers and Vestas Wind Systems are joining Bunker Holding


The Danish USTC Group has appointed Henrik Andersen as the new Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bunker Holding subsidiary. This appointment forms part of Bunker Holding’s ongoing development and will enhance the expertise of the Board of Directors through the addition of one of Denmark’s most prominent business leaders.

Today Henrik Andersen is Group President and CEO of Danish Vestas Wind Systems A/S. As former CEO of Hempel A/S and ISS A/S EMEA, he joins the Board with a broad vision after more than 20 years of international business experience.

In addition to his new position as Vice Chairman of Bunker Holding, he holds board positions at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners and MHI Vestas Japan Co., Ltd. In addition to his membership in the Investment Committee of Maj Invest 5 & 6 K/S (ICM).

Henrik Andersen holds a degree in International Business from Aarhus Business School and a Master’s degree in Law from Aarhus University.

In addition, the Danish USTC Group has appointed Tina Revsbech as a new member of the Board of Directors of subsidiary Bunker Holding. With more than three decades of extensive experience in the shipping industry, the Danish business profile represents a strong match for the company’s Board of Directors.

Tina Revspić has been CEO of Maersk Tankers since 2023, where she also spent the first 15 years of her career. Before rejoining Maersk Tankers, she was CEO of BW Tankers and held senior leadership positions as Executive Vice President at Canada-based Fednav Limited, Senior Vice President at Torm, and Regional Sales Director at Shell Europe.

Tina Refspich received her MBA from IMD in Switzerland and completed the Board Academy at the University of Copenhagen.
