It opens Change now Swapping cryptocurrencies seems like the simplest thing in the world: choose two tokens, send one, and receive the other — a process that the non-custodial exchange says is typically completed within minutes, across more than 110 blockchains including ETH, BSC and SOL.
It’s fast, streamlined and – according to Chief Strategy Officer Pauline Shanget – backed by layers of dedicated infrastructure, supporting more than 70 fiat options and over 1,500 digital assets, with more added weekly.
ChangeNOW is “a trading engine that a lot of people can access at once,” Changit said. She explained that the platform acts as an intermediary between the user and the central or decentralized exchange, executing trading operations on behalf of the client “without the client having to monitor things such as the order book, transaction fees, and complex interfaces.”
This engine relies heavily on its own stock. Changit said ChangeNOW “runs mostly with our own liquidity when it comes to swaps,” trading pricing from the exchange’s order books from which it draws liquidity, market data feeds such as CoinMarketCap, and an internal “liquidity engine” for wallets that hold balances for specific pairs. Depleting its own reserves means that “network speed is not as much of a constraint as it could be,” she said.
Recently Standard Through swap aggregator Swapzone, drawing on 150,000 transactions, the average ChangeNOW settlement of a USDT-to-ETH swap was recorded in less than a minute, versus the industry average of around 45 minutes.

Naturally, these comparisons depend on the pairs and conditions tested, as ChangeNOW offers swaps across a wide range of tokens including meme coins, AI coins, DeFi, GameFi, stablecoins, privacy coins, DePIN and RWA.
Fiat support runs through “trusted partners” including Transak, Simplex, Banxa and Guardian, allowing ChangeNOW users to purchase cryptocurrencies using Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, FasterPay, Sepa, Pix, ACH and Revolut.
New features
ChangeNOW has introduced a range of new tools that expand its offerings beyond simple swapping. Private transfers Route the transaction so that the sender’s wallet address and on-chain path are not exposed to the recipient, while continuing to monitor AML in the background. Users can also create a file Permanent exchange address Which provides a fixed and reusable deposit address that automatically converts any incoming cryptocurrency into a pre-defined payment currency, aimed at recurring transfers.
Meanwhile, new Crypto payment link It allows users to create a shareable link to request or accept payments in Bitcoin, stablecoins, and over 100 other assets. And a Prediction markets The Hub pulls popular markets across crypto, politics, finance, and pop culture into one place to track and compare.
Prediction markets convert future events into live prices.
The new overview explains how yes/no contracts work, why prices act like probabilistic forecasts and why platforms like Polymarket, Kalshi, and Robinhood are gaining interest.

Push it to the limits
Demand shocks are managed through geography. Shanjit cited 2021 Dogecoin Madness, A Monero Liquidity crisis, the latest Trump Token launches as stress tests. She explained that because the team spans across time zones, it is able to determine inventory placement in advance. “We get additional liquidity for this token when US users wake up,” she said, adding that these increases occur when ChangeNOW “adjusts our transaction records.”
For pairs with weak or volatile trading, “we actively manage liquidity to ensure stability,” Shanjit said, so the platform sometimes imposes minimum or maximum trading volumes — although when minimum amounts are needed, they are “incredibly low,” as low as $2. When Ethereum stacks, the fix is obvious — “adjust network fees,” which she said ChangeNOW sometimes accommodates. During a chain downtime, fork or hack, we “provide real-time alerts” that swaps on networks like BNB Chain or Solana may be running slowly.
The exchange is proud to point to its 4.6 rating on Trustpilot, based on more than 13,000 reviews, as evidence that its approach works, with 24/7 support available in the event of hiccups.
This support structure includes an “L0” community team on social channels, an “L1” that handles chat and email tickets, escalating to L2 and then to L3 engineers “on call 24/7,” Shanjeet said. Emergencies trigger a “comprehensive rapid response protocol” that activates Level 3 and Level 4 engineers — but “most can be resolved by either our compliance department or Level 2 engineers.”
Facing the future
When asked what she’s most proud of because it hasn’t been announced, Changit named the platform’s cross-DEX bridge — “much cheaper and much faster than a traditional cross-chain decentralized bridge” — and its own transfers, which operate across B2B and B2C transfers, as well as in the platform’s own self-wallet, NOW Wallet.
“We’ve always been obsessed with privacy,” she said. “It allows people to send money to basically anyone without manipulating their initial wallet address, which can be critical for legal entities, high-net-worth individuals, or just people who care about their privacy very much, and we’ve seen a lot of use of this feature since its release.”
Simplicity is a work in progress, with… Change now Changit said the company is constantly working to improve its offerings. Some of this simplification is happening on the back end, as the exchange “upgrades our strong foundation to make it even better,” she said. The focus is on incremental improvements, geared toward making the platform “a little faster, a little more optimized, a little more secure, a little more secure,” she added.
