London-based oil and gas company Energean has started operating a second oil train on a floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel deployed in a field off the coast of Israel.

Energean has confirmed the second oil train is running on it FPSO Energy Powerwhich was completed on July 13, 2026. The FPSO upgrade expands the unit’s total fluid processing capacity from 18,000 barrels per day (bbl/d) to 31,000 bbl/d.
“This achievement strengthens Energean’s position as the largest liquids producer in Israel and increases the proportion of the company’s revenues linked to Brent crude pricing.” The operator confirmed.
