MAJOR has promoted three long-time team members to Regional Director positions across regions in North America.
Serge Raymond now leads sales in Canada and the Northeast US, Tom Costello is responsible for the Central and Southeast US, and Ryan Pintar is responsible for the Western US as well as international markets.
Raymond, who originally joined Major as a plant worker, takes on this new responsibility after 26 years with the company. In addition to his work with the company, he is chair of the events committee of the Association of Road Construction and Heavy Construction of Quebec (ACRGTQ). “Our clients depend on informed support and direct guidance,” Raymond said in a press release.
Costello’s new role focuses on strengthening merchant partnerships. He joins the leadership team with more than 25 years of aggregate industry experience and more than a decade at Major. “I am focused on improving response times and communication to ensure merchants and producers get the support they need,” Costello said.
Pintar is the current Senior Director of Customer Service, a role he will continue in in addition to his new responsibility as Regional Director of Sales. It was named in Rock to Road “Top 10 Under 40” group in 2026. “By enhancing the presence of our sales team, we are helping producers reduce downtime and keep their operations running smoothly,” he said.
Bernard Betts, President of Major, added: “These team members have deep industry experience and a strong understanding of customer challenges, enabling more responsive service, stronger technical guidance and more personalized solutions.”
The appointments took effect earlier this year, the company said.
Major is a manufacturer of high performance wired screen media. Screens are used at mining sites to sort and size raw materials. This technology has become increasingly common in modern operations, helping companies increase productivity.
