American Eagle NAK Gold Drilling Project, British Columbia – World Resources Magazine

American Eagle Gold Company. (TSXV: E; OTCCP: AMEGF) confirms that drilling is now underway at the NAK copper-gold porphyry project in central British Columbia. Two diamond drilling rigs are on site and rotating, with work on the first holes for the 2026 campaign already underway. A third platform is expected to be mobilized to the site on or around May 25, 2026.

With more than 50,000 meters planned during the current drilling season, which is expected to continue until 2027, this is the largest exploration program the company has ever undertaken. The program is funded entirely with American Eagle’s cash on hand and is designed to support the first estimate of future mineral resources and subsequent economic studies.

American Eagle is developing the NAK copper-gold porphyry project in the Babin region of British Columbia, backed by approximately $55 million in cash and major shareholders South32, Teck, Eric Sprott and Ore Group.
