Gold Strike Resources Company (TSXV: GSR; Pink OTC: GDSRF) reported that the 2026 work program for the company’s Gold Strike One project claims, Yukon Territory, with a helicopter-supported field crew is expected to begin on July 3, 2026.
Program Highlights: GS1 is located within Snowline Gold’s Rogue project and surrounds the Valley Gold Deposit to the south, west and north. Previous work on GS1 shows gold and multi-element soil anomalies and gold anomalous rock samples at the property.
The 2026 work plan is designed to collect and route rock samples, expand known soil anomalies, and discover any new areas of interest on the property.
Airborne magnetic and radiological geophysical survey contract awarded; The resulting data will be used to map the geology and focus on structure and intrusive/horn-like targets.
The 2026 program is designed to determine whether the anomalous gold results found to date are part of the mineral system at Vale or due to separate but related satellite systems, with the aim of generating drill-ready targets.

The GS1 District is located approximately 225 km east of Mayo and includes 107 contiguous quartz mineral claims totaling 5,510 acres (2,230 ha), located immediately adjacent to the south, west and north of the Snowline Gold’s Valley deposit.
The southern boundary of the GS1 Project is located less than 500 meters south of the southern extension of the valley deposit interpreted resource pit as defined in Snowline’s preliminary economic assessment report titled Independent Preliminary Economic Assessment.
Previous work on GS1 has identified numerous gold anomalies in soils and rocks, indicating that the property has high potential for reduced infiltration-associated gold systems. The 2026 program will expand based on these results, with the aim of setting training goals for 2027.
In addition, airborne magnetic and radiological geophysical surveys were contracted to complement the surface sampling programme. The results of these surveys will be used to draw a geological map and guide drilling targeting. The GS1 property is still in the early stage of exploration, and it is not understood whether the property contains potential economic mineralization.
RIRGS are a class of gold deposits that commonly develop along the margins of low intrusions where those margins intersect: favored structures, reactive host rocks, and late brittle deformation. RIRGS are an intrusive mineral resource – typically metallic to intermediate, low sulfur, low magnetite, typically mid-Cretaceous in the Yukon; Often post-orogenic or late tectonic with localized gold along faults and fracture corridors, structurally controlled with sheeted quartz veins, stockwork and disseminated gold, often occurring in clusters.
In the Tombstone, Yukon gold belt, the RIRGS model has been transformative, demonstrating the size and longevity of the Fort Knox mine, the rapid emergence of Valley, and the continued success of margin-focused exploration throughout the region.
Gold Strike is focused on building gold mineral deposits within the prospective land package in the proven, but not yet explored, Tombstone gold district in the Yukon. Gold Strike has a 100% interest in the Florin, FLR, RJ, Gold Strike One and Gold Strike Two projects.
