Danish power cable manufacturer and installation company NKT has completed the expansion of its medium voltage (MV) power cable production facility in Asnes, Denmark, where cable production has been ongoing since 1965.
Expansion works Started in September 2024 It includes a new production hall, new production and testing facilities and improvements to the overall production flow. Production will continue to intensify in the coming months.
Furthermore, more than 100 new employees have joined Asnaes as a result of the factory expansion, bringing the number of employees on site to approximately 300.

An opening ceremony and celebration will be held on site in August.
