Organized by the Regulatory Compliance Unit of the Public Works Authority, this new initiative is a dynamic platform for dialogue and exchange of experiences between organizations and companies that play a critical role in maintaining vital social functions and vital economic activities in our country, as defined under Law 5236/2025.
With a focus on collaboration and enhanced corporate resilience, compliance, risk management, data protection and information security executives and representatives of distinguished companies and law firms engaged in meaningful and constructive dialogue, united by the shared vision of forming a strong “Compliance Alliance.” By exchanging experiences, innovative approaches and displaying applied best practices, the importance of compliance was highlighted as a strategic pillar for sustainability, transparency and responsible growth, and as a catalyst for creating added value for people, the environment, society and the economy.
The key takeaway from the event was the need for timely preparation and proactive crisis management as a key pillar of operational resilience. At the same time, the importance of strategic synergy and continuous training was emphasized in order to transform the theoretical requirements of the regulatory framework into applicable due diligence policies, procedures and standards.
PPA SA continues to actively invest in initiatives that promote collaboration, responsible corporate governance and the development of a strong compliance culture, which contributes significantly to shaping a modern, sustainable and resilient business environment.
