RCT – backed by Epiroc – has announced the opening of its new subsidiary in the Australian state of New South Wales to strengthen its presence in key mining regions.

The company said that the new branch will allow it to reach customers in the region faster and with more specificity. The NSW operations were previously managed remotely by the RCT’s branch in Brisbane, more than 900 kilometers from Orange where the new office is located.

“As demand continues to grow, it has become clear that a more permanent and scalable solution is needed,” said Owen Perrott, the company’s East Coast branch manager. “Establishing a branch in Orange allows us to better support our existing customers while creating opportunities to expand our reach.”

The new office is located alongside Epiroc’s acquired JTMEC at its headquarters on Leewood Drive. RCT described its partnership with JTMEC as a key component of its expansion strategy.

“While we work in complementary areas, the partnership is expected to create new efficiencies and opportunities for both companies and their clients,” Bierut added.

The Orange branch is currently under construction, with the company indicating that operations are expected to begin soon.
