Granted by the Department of Veterans Affairs Sales force Three-year, $1.6 billion Agent Enterprise licensing agreement. This contract allows the agency to expand digital capabilities across the health care delivery network, benefits processing systems and administrative functions. The department aims to improve the quality of service while at the same time reducing the administrative burden on employees.
This expanded implementation continues a collaborative relationship spanning more than a decade. Salesforce will offer an integrated platform that combines data management, process automation, team collaboration, and artificial intelligence tools. This unified approach enables employees to retrieve information more quickly and simplify repetitive operational tasks.
The Department of Veterans Affairs provides services to more than 17 million veterans, their families, and caregivers nationwide. The agency operates 170 medical centers along with more than 1,100 outpatient facilities. Throughout 2025, the department facilitated more than 82 million live-in care appointments as demand for the service continues its upward trajectory.
The new contract allows for enhanced service delivery across VA systems
This agreement provides expanded functionality for virtual assistance, coordinated care delivery, and management of administrative processes throughout the organization. Current VA applications lay the foundation for expansion
