SILVER NORTH RESOURCES LIMITED. (TSXV: obstacle; OTCCP: Tarv; FSE: I90) has commenced an airborne magnetic geophysical and VTEM (Versatile Time Domain Electromagnetic) survey at the company’s Veronica Project in the Silvertip-Midway area, Yukon Territory.
“The primary focus of this survey is to enhance the mapping of strata and structure,” commented Jason Weber, President and CEO. “In addition, we believe it has the potential to identify conductive or low-resistance Manto CRD (carbon replacement deposit) targets in the subsurface. By combining this new data with our adjacent TEM property data set, we expect to gain greater insight into a much larger mineralization system extending across both projects.”
Geotech Ltd. is conducting Time-domain magnetic and electromagnetic surveys at the Veronica Project, consisting of 100 m spaced flylines with 1000 m spaced tie lines for a total of 253 linear kilometers of survey. The results of this work will help map the lithology and host stratigraphy, as well as reveal the structural architecture of potential faults that could host and control mineralization systems such as the Lodge View, where 2,860 g/t silver was found in a floating pebble and 33.2 g/t silver was found in a northeast-trending fault in the Cooper View.
Silver North’s core assets are the 100%-owned Haldane silver project (alongside Hecla Mining Inc.’s Keno Hill mine project) and the Tim and Veronica silver projects in the Silvertip region of southern Yukon and northern British Columbia. In its flagship Haldane project, the company made three Keno-style silver vein discoveries in just 24 drill holes. Exploration work is focused on the recent discovery in the main area, where drilling intersected high-grade silver mineralization over wide time periods.
Silver North is fully funded for the 2026 and 2027 drilling campaigns.
