Norwegian company Reach Subsea is set to charter the Solstad Construction Support Vessel (CSV) for the deployment In the Mediterranean and Black Sea region As part of its commitment under the newly secured Letter of Intent (LOI).

Reach Subsea’s new letter of intent is for a contract covering inspection, maintenance and repair (IMR) and light construction services for two years, including a one-year extension option.

In this regard, the company has entered into a separate letter of interest with Solstad Maritime (SOMA) for the Normand Garstein charter.

Under the final contract, the commitment will see the ship begin transit during the current week.

The final contract, expected to be concluded the following week, is for a fixed period of two years, with one optional year.
